Bardic Aura started when a mutual friend asked us to write a song for a music video he had to do for Digital Video Editing
class. Eager to prove that the two of us could not only write solo work, we took the bet. In a day or day our first song,
"Darkling Fire", was created. For most of our songs Nick writes all the lyrics, and Brad composes the melodies and
harmonies. In addition, we keep a standard repertoire of other secular and christian songs to perform. Last summer, we did
a series of concerts for local Methodist Churches to raise funds for a camp that we both attended and council at. All of our
concerts are admission free. In the tradition of the ancient bards, we pass the hat. When hired for an event, it depends on
the length and type of the event on what we charge. We've done everything from wedding receptions to renaissance festivals,
and are always eager to try something new.
